Sign-up is NOW OPEN for Summer Strength and Conditioning
The FREE Summer Strength and Conditioning Program is part of the District’s Summer School program and is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED for any aspiring South Varsity Athlete. This program will run from June 11 – July 27, 2018 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. (There will be no classes on July 4, 5, or 6 2018.)
This program is for Grades 7 & 8 and High School Students. (Grade based on 2018-19 School Year.) This program is NOT for graduated Seniors. Specific program times will depend on the program. Please note, all incoming Freshmen will have weight room time at 10am.

(NOTE-You’ll be choosing HS Summer School 17-18, as summer school is an extension of THIS school year) PLEASE NOTE: Current 6th Graders (so 7th graders for 2018/19) cannot sign up online, but can contact the Enrollment Office at 970-1002 and they will enroll your student.
