The South Summer Strength and Conditioning program is in full swing. A steady number of Cross Country/Track and Field athletes have been attending workouts. However, we would love to have more athletes participate in the program. Below is the schedule that has emerged.
All of our summer training opportunities will be based on the all school summer Strength and Conditioning program. Coach Lehmann and Coach Meghan are at South during the summer program and we can talk about other track training opportunities.
Monday – Tuesday – Thursday – Friday (runs until 7/31)
9:00 am Distance Run
10:00 am – 11:45 am Blackshirt Summer Strength and Conditioning Program. (South Female Athletes)
Wednesday – Cross Country Contact Days
July 17 – July 24 – July 31 – Meet @ 8:30 am South. (See XC post)
Tuesday Night – Pole Vault 5:00 pm (Contact Coach Schmidt)
