Hello Athletes and Families,
I had a chance to see some athletes over the last few weeks. I want to check-in and remind everyone of summer training opportunities.
We will continue to use the BAND APP webpage that we starting using during the Track Season to communicate directly to athletes over the summer and during the season.
The Waukesha South Summer School Strength and Conditioning programs are our primary source of training for the summer in the month of July. Group runs are expected to supplement the summer S&C program. The team expectation (and expectation of all South athletes) is that you are attending S&C on Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am – 11:00 am @ Waukesha South. Conflicts will be handled by Coach Bayer email@example.com and Coach Wolter firstname.lastname@example.org
If athletes or parents have COVID or health-related concerns online Zoom workouts are posted.

Online Registration on www.goblackshirts.com will be active within the next few days.
Typically 9th and 11th-grade athletes are required to have a physical, but the WIAA is waiving some of those requirements, and please refer that information when it is posted.
We are planning on having a season! The start date is scheduled for August 17th.
This is a fluid situation and we will be sharing information about how practices will be structured, meets conducted, and other issues as we receive the information.
