Here’s how to prepare for your season

All athletes must complete the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin consent forms.  Completed forms can be turned in to the Athletics Office.

Every athlete must register online between March 25 and April 26 with a parent’s (or guardian’s) assistance.  Athletes MUST register to try-out, practice or compete. Registration link will be sent out on March 25, 2021. Please do not register for spring sports until the link is live on March 25. If you do no see you sport in the drop down menu, the link is not yet live. DO NOT register and then call the office to ask us to transfer your information to your spring sport. If you register prior to the live link being launched, the system will discard that entry and you will need to start over. Please wait until the link is live on 3/25. An email will go out and we will also post that the link is live.

ONCE LIVE, the link for Spring sports registration will be found HERE.

A WIAA (physical) clearance form must be on file in the athletic office (if your physical is prior to 4/1/2019 you will need a new one) You cannot practice or participate in games without a current physical on file.

  • Physical forms may be turned in to the athletic office at any time during the year

The athletic fee is $150

  • Debit or credit cards can be used through the Registration/Infinite Campus/RevTrak portal.
  • Payments in cash or check are accepted in the Athletic Office.
  • Payment plans are available and financial assistance is available. Please contact the Athletic Office for more details and the form.

Grades from the THIRD quarter are checked to be in compliance with grade guidelines.

  • Athletes are required to maintain a 2.0 GPA and be earning no more than one “F” or “IE” in order to compete.
  • Athletes may practice with the team while ineligible.
  • Athletes must sit out 1/3 of the season before they can attempt to gain their eligibility via grade check.
  • If ineligible at the start of the season – there is a 5 day grace period where you can go back to your teacher to see if they will adjust any of your Q3 grades by turning in late/missing work, etc.  During this grace period you may participate in your sport.  If you are unable to adjust your Q3 grades during the grace period you will serve a 15 school day suspension – during this time you are able to PRACTICE but not participate in any games/contests/matches. After your 15 school day suspension, you may come to the athletic office to get a grade check sheet to take around to your teachers – if you are eligible at that time you may resume your sport, if you are still ineligible you can try again every week until you become eligible.
