FBLA

Welcome to FBLA!

Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) is the largest career student business organization in the world. Waukesha South’s FBLA Chapter welcomes you to come and learn more!

Mission Statement

FBLA’s mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.

FBLA programs focus on:

  • Leadership Development—Create student leaders and work on leadership skills
  • Academic Competitions—members demonstrate their business expertise at high-profile regional, state, and national competitive events. This helps to increase confidence outside of school.
  • Educational Programs—members create career portfolios, enhance their knowledge with world-recognized skills certifications, and have access to select college scholarships.
  • Community Service—members work with the March of Dimes to help end premature births by participating in awareness campaigns and the March for Babies fundraiser. WSHS’s FBLA chapter also participates in other community service opportunities.

Our FBLA program also participates in group fundraising and attends regional and state leadership conferences, as well as professional development programs.
