Mike Clark, M.Ed., is the Mental Performance Coach at Waukesha South High School. In his sessions, Coach Clark teaches mental skills such as focus, concentration, imagery, mindfulness, confidence and composure. His work is grounded in acceptance based interventions and leadership development.
An alumnus of Waukesha South, Coach Clark enjoys helping athletes from all sport/activity backgrounds and all ability levels to improve performance in and out of competition. Mike graduated from Mississippi State University in 2014 where he ran cross country and track & field competitively for the Bulldogs. He earned his master’s in sport psychology from the University of Missouri in 2016 and currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he now owns and operates a private sport psychology practice.
All Waukesha South Student-Athletes are eligible to work with Coach Clark. For more information, student-athletes are encouraged to speak with their coach about working with Coach Clark, and parents are encouraged to reach out to the head coach and/or Mike directly.
