National Honor Society

Welcome to Waukesha South’s Chapter of the National Honor Society

What is NHS?

from their website:

What do entertainer Taylor Swift, former first lady Michelle Obama, and baseball legend Cal Ripken Jr., have in common? They were all members of the National Honor Society. Welcome to the organization the world’s highest achieving students have been proudly adding to their résumés since 1921.

Greetings! The National Honor Society letters have been sent to all eligible students. If you have a 3.5 weighted cumulative GPA after the grades were recently posted to your transcript, you have qualified to apply. You do not need to wait for the letter to arrive if you indeed have a 3.5 weighted cumulative GPA. Below is the link to the application information. The application is to be completed through your Career Cruising accounts.

You are expected to read all information shared in the application steps. Please do not begin emailing questions until you have fully read through the information provided. If you then have questions, feel free to email questions or pose the questions on this thread.

All applications are to be submitted NO later than 11:59 on the Friday of Spring Break, March 22nd. It is suggested to allow at least 90 minutes to two hours to complete this application. It may take less time if you are already familiar with the resume builder and feature of Career Cruising.

Happy Applying! Mrs. Petersen and Mrs. Braden 🙂
